Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Whatever the weather, children at our client's nursery are outside exploring, digging in the mud kitchen, tending to the vegetable patch, and discovering the natural world at their own pace. This is a setting that has invested seriously in giving children the very best of both worlds and it shows.

They are now looking for a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team and be part of a nursery that does early years properly.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A genuine enthusiasm for outdoor learning and nature-based early years practice
• Warm, nurturing, and passionate about delivering high-quality early years education
• Someone who embraces all-weather outdoor play and understands its value for young children
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and a strong team player

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
• Making full use of the room's dedicated all-weather garden
• Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS
• Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
• Building secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Maintaining a safe, stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors at all times
• Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's high standards of practice
