Travel and Tourism Lecturer – 22.2 hours per week (Mon, Tues, Weds). Employed for 52 weeks per year – up to £39,714.22 (BRK36)

FTE depending on qualifications and experience. Option to gain teaching qualifications

The Travel and Tourism Lecturer will be based on site in Weybridge and will be working as part of a team, to deliver a range of

high-quality courses and providing qualification and progression opportunities for all learners, within the curriculum area.

About the role

As Travel and Tourism Lecturer you will have the enthusiasm and drive to deliver a variety of courses for learners in travel and

aviation, including cabin crew.

Your role will include

* Teach on a programme of appropriate courses

* Assess, review and record learner progress

* Maintain course and learner records

* To embed employment skills in to the curriculum courses

To fulfil the role of Travel and

Tourism Lecturer you will have

* Degree/HND or relevant professional qualifications & strong industry experience - gained with aviation and cabin crew.

* Experience of working professional within the travel and tourism field

* Teaching qualifications – or be prepared to work towards this with our support

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and be skilled in the use of IT
