Customer Service Assistants to join our well-established client based at

Eurocentral, Motherwell.

If you're a confident communicator with excellent written skills and enjoy helping customers, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience with a leading business. Full training is provided, making this an excellent role whether you're experienced in customer service or looking to take the next step in your career.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via

email and live webchat

• Deliver professional, friendly and efficient customer support
• Resolve a variety of customer queries accurately and promptly
• Work towards individual performance and service targets
• Maintain high standards of written communication and attention to detail
• Provide an outstanding customer experience on every interaction

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
• Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but

not essential
