What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating, updating, and refining CAD drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Inventor
• Supporting the Design Team with technical tasks across live projects
• Ensuring all designs meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards
• Collaborating with designers, engineers, and project leads to solve design challenges
• Keeping CAD files organised and up to date using company systems
• Spotting issues early and suggesting improvements
• Staying curious and keeping up with new CAD tools and trends

What We’re Looking For

• A qualification in Design, Engineering, Product Design, CAD, or similar
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor (university, internship, or 1–2 years in industry)
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing accurate work
• A proactive communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
• Someone organised, eager to learn, and ready to grow
• A problem solver who isn’t afraid to ask questions or suggest ideas
