We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable Enrichment and Lettings Officer to support the planning and delivery of a vibrant and diverse enrichment programme across the school, alongside providing administrative support for the school’s lettings provision.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating a wide range of activities including educational visits, trips and events. You will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure these opportunities are delivered smoothly, safely and effectively, contributing to a positive and engaging experience for all students. You will work alongside the Deputy Head for Personal Development to ensure a stimulating programme for all students and track student engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key administrative aspects of trip and event administration, including coordinating logistics, preparing and maintaining accurate records, issuing communications to parents and carers, and liaising with staff, external providers and agencies. In addition, you will support the effective administration of lettings, acting as a key point of contact for enquiries, maintaining the lettings calendar, preparing hire agreements, and ensuring compliance documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
You will work closely with teaching staff, the premises team, the Educational Visits Coordinator and Finance Officer to ensure full compliance with school procedures and statutory guidance.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You will be confident in maintaining accurate records, handling sensitive information and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong IT skills and a professional, detail-focused approach are essential.
A positive, flexible and team-oriented attitude is key, along with an interest in enrichment, extracurricular activities and supporting student and community engagement. Experience in a school environment or with educational visits systems would be advantageous, but is not essential. You may also be required to attend trips or events to provide practical support.
This is a varied and rewarding role within a busy school environment, ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, collaboration and being at the heart of student life beyond the classroom.
