About this role

We are looking to recruit a Central Administrator to join our hardworking and collaborative Communications team, who will undertake a broad range of administrative tasks to support the school and its people. Your opportunity

Working alongside members of the Communications team, our Central Administrators play a key role in providing a high-quality and timely support service to students, teaching and associate colleagues and parents/carers. They are the central point of contact between staff and parents/carers ensuring communications are clear, concise and supportive of their experience at Rosebery. The Central Admin team have a broad remit, including coordinating Parents' Evenings, sending consistent and branded communications, answering general student and parent/carer queries and acting as a Relief Receptionist when required.

The working hours for this role are 15 hours per week (8am – 4pm) across two days, one of which must be a Monday or Tuesday. The role is school-based, working term time only and we are happy to discuss a more flexible working pattern for shortlisted candidates.

Someone with strong administrative experience and a passion for producing high quality work

An organised individual who works in a methodical manner, with a high level of attention to detail

Commitment to the aims and ethos of the school

Experience in working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating calmness when under pressure
