GLF Schools is seeking a highly motivated, organised and creative Professional Development Administrative Associate to join our Professional Development team, starting in September 26, with the option of an extended induction across June/July. This is a fixed term role until July 2027, with the option to extend and the opportunity for the right candidate to receive training funding and support through one of GLF Apprenticeships.Your Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact communications, marketing, engagement and evaluative strategies to support the delivery of high-quality professional learning across our Trust.

This is a pivotal role at the centre of our professional development infrastructure, ensuring that programmes run efficiently, stakeholders are well-informed, and data is used intelligently to strengthen impact and future development.

You will work closely with all functions within GLF including GLF’s Teaching School Hub to coordinate, promote and evaluate a wide range of professional development programmes, including internal and nationally accredited professional development.

The Details

Salary

Associate 2.1 - £23,914

Pro rate salary

£15,019.52

Hours

We are looking for someone to work 25 hours a week, 41 weeks a year (term time plus 2 weeks).

Contract

Fixed term contract until July 2027

Location

Base at The Beacon School, hybrid working is available.

Start date

September 2026, but we are happy for someone to start with us as soon as June/July to allow an extended handover.
