We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential and who is ready to take on a rewarding level of responsibility within our school.
As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and senior leaders to support and deliver high-quality learning experiences across the school. You will be required to plan and deliver lessons to whole classes under the direction of a teacher, provide targeted support for individuals and groups, and contribute to the wider life of the school.

We are looking for someone who
Holds an HLTA qualification
Has a proven track record of delivering effective teaching and learning
Has experience supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND
Is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Is flexible, proactive and able to use their own initiative
Can build positive, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues
