About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Driver Compliance Coordinator to join a busy logistics and warehouse operation based in Enfield. This role will focus on monitoring driver compliance, supporting operational standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with drivers, warehouse teams, and management to ensure procedures are followed and customer service standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor drivers while on the road and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Handle and resolve driver and customer complaints professionally
- Ensure drivers are following operational and compliance standards
- Verify delivery addresses and investigate any discrepancies
- Check that drivers are contacting customers where required
- Monitor driver communication and delivery performance
- Maintain accurate compliance records and reports
- Support warehouse and transport management teams with operational checks
- Escalate any recurring compliance or service issues
- Assist with audits, investigations, and process improvements
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehouse operations, compliance, or administration
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Confident handling complaints and resolving issues professionally
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekend work
Desirable
- Experience working with delivery drivers or transport teams
- Understanding of logistics or last-mile delivery operations
- Knowledge of compliance and health & safety procedures
