If so, we may have a role which is suited to you as we are recruiting for an Estate Operatives Team Leader to join our team, where the successful candidate will manage the Estates Building Fabric Operatives to ensure that planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed to the required service levels. You will also be providing planning support to all
planned maintenance tasks and emergencies during normal working hours and out of hours when on call. To be the point of contact and work with the estates operatives ensuring compliance to work order completion and standards

Salary
£40,000 to £43,000 per annum
- Door to door pay
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
- Additional earnings available through overtime
- 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets (historically paid out)
- Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card
- Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE

The successful candidate will be required to complete planned and reactive works as directed by the Estates Manager as well as being an affective team leader within the estate operatives team.
Providing a mobile, efficient and professional service that meets the client's requirements is an essential part of this role and some of the key duties & responsibilities are below:
- Carpentry (Door and Frame Replacement)
- Vinyl Welding
- Ceramic Tiling
- Plastering
- Painting & Decorating
- Plumbing
- Groundworks
- Pest Identification
- Civils (Car Park Surface repairs, ACO drains, Manholes)
- Basic buiding fabric
Essential
- Full Valid UK drivers' licence
- Experience of working within a customer facing, time pressured environment
- IT literate
- To represent the company in a professional and competent manner always and develop
relationships
Desirable
- Recognised qualification in fabric maintenance
- Previous experience in a facilities management role
- Proven track record of the management of people

Other Information
- The role will involve working 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday
