Tele Sales Executive (Legal Sales)

We are seeking a motivated and personable Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities.

High-volume calls to be done daily - emails, text and messaging.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who are eager to develop their sales expertise in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential. Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services

Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication and questioning techniques

Maintain detailed records of interactions within CRM software, including Salesforce

Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets

Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns professionally

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients

Achieve individual sales targets whilst contributing to team objectives

Experience

Prior experience in B2C and B2B sales or telemarketing is required. Please do not apply if you dont have 12 months experience.

Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is desirable

Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups effectively

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles will be considered an asset but is not mandatory
