We are looking for Support Workers to join our Service in Preston

What you’ll be doing

The people we support include various adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and some forensic histories.

It's challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference.

You'll support on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.

Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.

Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.

This is within a spacious detached house with 10 en-suite rooms over 3 floors

Who you are

Can you work independently, multitask, and organise?

Have a positive attitude under pressure?

Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.

Experience

2 years essential in the mental health sector required.

Flexible, as shifts will involve earlies, lates, nights, and weekends.

Drivers preferred with a manual driver's licence who have been driving for over 1 year.
