Salary

NJC12 – NJC 15 ( £32,535 - £33,987 pro rata) actual £24,840.61

Hampton Wick Infant And Nursery School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA or Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team.

You will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5, delivering targeted interventions, and working alongside our experienced nursery staff to provide a stimulating and inclusive environment.

In this role, you will

Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for our youngest learners

Deliver targeted interventions and support children’s speech, language, and early phonics

Lead small-group and whole-class activities, adapting plans to meet individual needs

Contribute to assessment, routine observations, and learning journals

Work closely with our SENCO and nursery teachers to implement individual plans for children with additional needs

Help children transition smoothly into Reception

Liaise with parents and carers, sharing progress and supporting learning at home
