Location

Due to the staff development, we are looking for 1 new TA is KS4 North provision. Please note that all SVC staff may be deployed across the collegiate to meet the needs of our pupils.Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team at Saffron Valley Collegiate. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting both individual pupils and small groups, with a strong focus on promoting positive behaviour for learning. This position requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive educational environment.

Who We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage priorities effectively, act independently when necessary, and maintain a high standard of professional conduct. Strong communication skills, proficiency in ICT, and a flexible, ‘can-do’ approach are essential.
