As a Store Manager, you will lead a large store with a full optics team with three testing rooms, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional care, confidence, and connection within the community.

What you’ll be doing

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, reporting directly to the hub manager. You will manage a dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration and support.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure the store operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and compliance.
  • Drive team performance through effective coaching and development.
  • Manage stock levels and inventory, ensuring optimal product availability.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion and respect, making every team member feel valued.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a large store environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in optics is desirable but not essential.

It would be great if you also have- Knowledge of the optical industry or experience in a similar role.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
