## The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers and pupils in the classroom, helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Duties may include

* Supporting pupils with their learning and development

* Working with individuals and small groups

* Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities

* Supporting children with additional learning needs where required

* Helping to maintain a safe, welcoming and positive classroom environment

* Building strong relationships with pupils and school staff
