REQUIREMENTS In order to be a successful Apprentice Administrator in our team you will be: NVQ2 or equivalent / good standard of secondary education; GCSE at Grade C or above Previous experience of working in an administrative environment using computerised data systems Experience of working in a customer service environment Clear communicator with good writing, data entry and telephone skills, ensuring accuracy SPFT staff have the capacity to work from home remotely where applicable and in agreement with your line manager. MAIN DUTIES Dealing with routine enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner, communicating relevant information and referring to others as appropriate. Answer calls, taking messages and passing on accurately to the relevant departments/person. Make room bookings and ensure that electronic diaries are kept up to date. Assist with organising meetings and events as requested, including ordering refreshments. Ensure that general office supply levels are monitored. Promote the image of the department, checking that documents are up to date and well presented. See attached Job Description and Person Specification for full details.
