Sister/Charge Nurse - Little Havens IPU | Havens Hospices

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior nurse to join our Little Havens Inpatient Unit, nestled in the beautiful Essex Daws Heath woodland.

Regularly takes responsibility for being the nurse in charge, formulating plans for patient care, managing frequent changes, and leading the shift.

Responsible for delegating workload to staff, ensure nursing care is delivered to the highest standard and reflects the needs of the patient /children and young people.

Havens Hospices provides specialist care and support for people of all ages who are living with incurable conditions and their families. Our specialist team offers a wide range of care and support options for patients and their loved ones, based on their needs and wishes. This can be in the comfort of their own home, in the hospices – Fair Havens for adults or Little Havens for children - or a combination.
