Shift Patterns

* Start times include 4AM, 7AM, 8:30AM, 11AM, and 5PM.

* Shifts are up to 12 hours, with the factory operating seven days a week.

* All overtime is voluntary after 48 standard hours worked.

Pay Rates

* 12.85 GBP hourly
