Document Controller
An award-winning house builder is seeking an experienced Document Controller, initially this is for a 6-month temporary contract, with the opportunity of this being extended into a permanent position.
About the role of Document Controller
Specialising in residential projects across the south coast, typically ranging from 100 - 300 units across Berkshire, Hampshire, Dorset & Surrey. You will be reporting into the Design Director whilst supporting site teams and the wider business utilising their document management systems, the ideal candidate will preferably have A-Site or Dalux experience.
Responsibilities for Document Controller
- Accurately manage and maintain relevant systems including archiving, running reports & ensuring latest versions are always available.
- Ensure all documents are filed and organised in accordance with company protocol and industry legislation ISO 19650
- Monitor quality and accuracy across all submissions, document and drawings.
Requirements for Document Controller
- Experience working within the construction industry as a Document Controller
- Some form of on-site construction experience would be advantageous
- Relevant systems experience including Dalux, A-site or Pro-Core
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep several plates spinning
