Could you be our next Support Worker?

Come and join our Supported Living Service in Aylesford, Kent; a three-unit service where no two days are the same. We're looking for permanent Support workers to work flexibly across a variety of hours, offering £13 per hour.

The people we support have complex disabilities, sensory loss, and learning difficulties, and your role will cover every aspect of their lives; from the everyday to the memorable.

We are looking for someone who is

Caring, patient, and empathetic

A positive communicator and a good listener

Enthusiastic and willing to bring new ideas

Adaptable and reliable across varied shifts

Passionate about enhancing the lives of the people they support

BSL skills or knowledge of multi-sensory impairments is desirable but not essential

This role might include supporting people with

Everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping

Personal care and hygiene

Finances and medication

Getting out into the community for activities, trips, and work

Their social life and independence
