Main Duties and Responsibilities Workforce & Operational Support Support recruitment and onboarding processes for PCN staff, Maintain workforce records and support compliance processes, Assist with induction arrangements for new starters, Support the coordination of appraisals, mandatory training and staff development activities, Assist with workforce administration using PCN systems and digital platforms, Support the collation and reporting of workforce, activity and operational data where required, Assist with maintaining simple tracking spreadsheets, reports and PCN performance information, Provide administrative support relating to invoices, purchase tracking and other routine financial processes, Support the Network Manager with operational coordination across the PCN. Training & Events Coordinate training sessions, meetings and PLT events, Liaise with practices, trainers and external stakeholders regarding training activities, Maintain accurate training records and attendance information, Support the development of staff learning and development opportunities. Communications & Engagement Assist with drafting internal communications, newsletters and staff updates, Support engagement activities across practices and PCN teams, Support the maintenance and updating of the PCN website and digital communications platforms. Help maintain consistent communication across the Network. Service Improvement Support the review and improvement of operational and workforce processes, Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and ways of working, Contribute ideas and solutions to support efficient PCN working Support the development of reporting processes and operational oversight across the PCN. General Maintain confidentiality at all times, Work flexibly to support the needs of the PCN, Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
