On-Call Responsibilities Participate in the Plastic Surgery on-call rota appropriate to grade and experience Provide support for o Hand trauma o Emergency Plastic Surgery care Consultant support available at all times Service Delivery The postholder will contribute to RTT recovery initiatives Pathway redesign and efficiency programmes Hand therapy-led discharge pathways Ambulatory and day-case care development Governance and Audit Participate in o Clinical governance o Audit o Morbidity & mortality meetings o MDT meetings Maintain accurate medical records Work in accordance with o GMC Good Medical Practice o Trust governance policies
