Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Competent Person to join our team and contribute to critical National Grid projects. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Competent Person ticket and have demonstrable experience working on National Grid infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Act as the designated Competent Person on National Grid projects, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate safety measures to mitigate potential hazards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring all personnel are aware of their responsibilities and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid Competent Person ticket is mandatory.
• Proven experience working on National Grid projects or similar infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly those related to energy and utility sectors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and guide teams effectively.

Day-to-Day
