About the Role

We are seeking two Apprentice Support Workers to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a rewarding career supporting children and young people with behaviours that challenge and complex medical needs.

As a Support Worker at Beaulieu House, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact and help improve the quality of life of our young people. We focus on developing independence through life skills, ensuring our children have fun and access new experiences.

We are child-led in our approach, always seeking activities tailored to each individual. Our young people have enjoyed exciting trips to Legoland, Robin Hill, Marwell Zoo, and many more adventures!

What You’ll Gain

Hands-on experience in a supportive care environment

Full training and guidance to achieve the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Level 4

A guaranteed permanent contract upon successful completion of the diploma

Contract Details

Fixed-term apprenticeship contract for 2 years with potential permanent employment on completion

The wage rate is National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage – The Isle of Wight Council offers this salary throughout the apprenticeship duration rather than current Apprentice Wage rates
