About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Housing Systems and Projects Officer to join our team. This new role will be key to ensuring our housing systems are fully optimised to support high-quality, compliant, and efficient Housing and Asset Management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance housing systems to maximise performance and usability, including Redkite and Agresso.
  • Lead system and process improvements in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion strong data quality practices and ensure data transferred between systems is accurate and effective.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, including, the Housing team, ICT, Systems providers, Information and Analytics team and Finance.
  • Design new, and refresh existing, dashboards in Power Bi
  • Use any relevant sector reporting and insight tools, to develop and present an accurate and timely programme of reporting.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent contract.

This role offers the benefit of hybrid working, combining the flexibility to work from home with office-based working on a business needs basis.

About You

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent with experience of using business analysis skills to challenge and improve systems and processes. You will have proficiency in the use of MS Dynamics, Excel, Power BI and other relevant packages, and the ability to translate data into varying formats, as suitable for the audience.

You will have good communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders. You will be organised and self-motivated, with a keen eye for details and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
