Maintaincomprehensiveknowledgeofthefleet'svehiclestooperateanyvehicleasneeded. AssistinconductingvehiclechecksduringshiftstoensurethesafetyofGPs,oneself,andthepublic Coordinate rotas for the team Conduct annual appraisals, manage the teams annual leave and sickness via the digital HR system Adheretothedriver'srotaandshiftschedulesincompliancewithworkingtimeregulations. Providesupporttocolleaguestominimizeloneworking,prioritizingpersonalandcollectivesafety. Ensurethesecurehandlingofdrugsandclinicalequipmentduringshiftturnover,recording usage appropriately. Undertakeregularstockchecksfordrugsandanyotherequipment Completetimesheets,vehiclelogsheets,andlogbooks Assistinmonitoringdailytransportperformance,reportingfindingstotheleaddriver. Maintainthecleanliness,security,androutinemaintenanceofvehiclesandequipment during shifts. Reportandaddressanynecessaryrepairsforvehiclesandequipment,guaranteeingtheir fitness for use. Operatingallincarcommunicationsandpatientmanagementsystemequipmenttosupport accuraterecord keeping Supporttheinductionandguidanceofnewemployeestofamiliarizethemwithbusiness operations and the geographical area. Planthemostefficientroutesforandbetweenhomevisits ToassistwithbasicadministrativedutiesandusingMicrosoftoutlooktoread/respondtoemails Participateinlicensechecks,driverassessments,andmandatorydrivertraining. Fosterpositivecommunicationamongdrivers,GPs,UTCcolleagues,andexternalpartners. Engageactivelyinteamanddepartmentalmeetings.
