Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Haringey to recruit a versatile and proactive Teaching Assistant to support pupils across all year groups, from EYFS through to KS2.
This is a varied role combining general classroom support with targeted SEN provision, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across different age groups and can adapt confidently to a range of learning needs and classroom environments.
The school is looking for someone positive, reliable and engaging who can build strong relationships with pupils and become a consistent presence across the school.
About the Role
Working closely with teachers and the SENCo, your responsibilities will include
* Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Providing general classroom support during lessons and activities
*
Delivering 1
1 and small-group SEN support where required
* Supporting pupils with needs including ASD, ADHD and speech & language difficulties
* Helping maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement
* Supporting interventions in reading, writing and maths
* Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across the school

* Understanding of SEN and inclusive classroom practice
