Mental Health Coach – Black Mental Health

African Community School (ACS) is seeking a compassionate and skilled **Wellbeing Coach** to provide one-to-one and group mental health support for adults and young people in Hackney.

You will manage a caseload, complete assessments, co-produce recovery-focused support plans and deliver trauma-informed wellbeing interventions. The role is part of the City & Hackney Wellbeing Network and focuses on reducing mental health inequalities affecting Black communities.
