About this role

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in East Sussex for an experienced and passionate Nursery Deputy Manager.

As Nursery Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery and ensure children receive high-quality care, learning and support in line with the EYFS framework.

You will help lead and supervise the nursery team, support staff development, maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards, and take responsibility for the nursery in the Manager’s absence. You will also act as a Key Person, work closely with parents and support activities that promote children’s development.
