About this role
Our clients provide innovative co-working and lab spaces to some of the leading universities across the UK. We're looking for a proactive IT graduate with a passion for networking, AV, and hands-on technology to join our team. You'll play a key role in managing day-to-day IT and AV operations across our growing portfolio of university campuses.
If you enjoy a varied, hands-on environment—one moment troubleshooting a meeting room display, the next checking wireless coverage, updating documentation, liaising with contractors, or supporting an event setup, this is the perfect role to launch your career.

-
Network & Systems
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, printers, meeting room systems, conference setups, and wired network connectivity issues
-

Monitor and maintain access points, switches, patch panels, and cabling to keep infrastructure running smoothly
-
Event & Meeting Prep
Conduct daily AV checks in event spaces and meeting rooms, assist with event tech setups, and train Front of House staff on basic AV operations
-
Site Management
Help carry out Wi-Fi heatmapping, monitor wireless access points (WAPs), and coordinate with third-party contractors for site maintenance or upgrades
-
Documentation & Assets
Keep clear, accurate records for procedures, network configurations, Wi-Fi maps, hardware assets, and troubleshooting guides
