For further information please refer to the job description and personal specification To process all NHS Referrals including e-Referrals, internal and tertiary. Checking patient demographic information on the National Summary Care records tracing system Liaising with the relevant stakeholders e.g. GPs, external hospitals, medical secretaries to investigate any queries regarding referral information. To process all referrals received within 24 hours. To liaise with the triaging Consultant to ensure that all relevant patient medical information needed for a consultation is requested at receipt of referral.
