Our Supply Chain team sits at the heart of the business, and we’re transforming how we work. We’re growing across grocery, frozen, butchery and impulse, and we’re looking for practical, problem‑solving people to help us raise the bar for service. You’ll attend an interview with members of the Supply Chain team to explore the role and where your skills could fit.

Keep stock flowing to the right place at the right time. Support branches and category teams, improve customer satisfaction and cash profit, and help us plan ahead while fixing issues fast.

  • Hitting service level targets while managing stockholding and waste
  • Owning a supplier/category portfolio
  • Overseeing that stock arrives into our network in full and on time
  • Forecasting demand, including NPD launches, seasonality and promotions
  • Working across the business with multiple stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication at all levels
  • Spotting risks early and taking appropriate action to resolve
  • Dealing with immediate issues in the moment
  • Good numerical skills
  • Clear communication, strong organisation, and attention to detail
  • Confidence using stock ordering/planning systems or similar systems
  • Basic Excel skills – we use filters, VLOOKUP & PivotTables but don’t worry if you can’t do a VLOOKUP or PivotTable yet, we can support your upskilling
  • A practical way to forecast new lines using sensible comparisons and clear assumptions
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C/4+
