What You'll Do

Lead the Way

Take responsibility for leading lessons and activities across the school, ensuring a high quality of education.

Champion Learning

Help students with their learning, modify and adapt activities, and contribute to their individual learning plans.

Create a Safe Space

Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment, addressing challenging behavior and ensuring students feel secure and empowered.

Team Up with Educators

Work alongside educators and specialists, including a full therapy team, to provide a comprehensive and supportive approach.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary

£27,713 - £30,250 per annum dependant on qualifications, plus a £2000 Welcome Bonus for HLTA's with SEN experience!
