Flexible Zero-Hours Contract – Work around your lifestyle

Competitive Pay

£14.00 per hour (weekdays)

£14.40 per hour (weekends)

Double pay on Bank Holidays

Guaranteed Hours After Probation – Up to 50% of your committed weekly hours

What We’re Looking For

Caring, dependable individuals with a genuine passion for supporting both children & adults

Commitment to regular weekly hours (e.g. 10, 20, or 30 hours)

Flexibility to work within agreed schedules

Willingness to include some weekend availability (pro rata based on hours)

Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)

Successful completion of probation period to unlock guaranteed hours

Location We’re particularly interested in candidates based in or near

Hale, Altrincham, Bowdon, Timperley, Sale, and Hale Barns
