Duties of the

Vehicle Damage Assessor

• Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments and detailed estimations
• Liaise effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance companies
• Prepare precise repair estimates ensuring quality control and compliance
• Manage the Vehicle Damage Assessor process for smooth workflow and timely repairs
• Prioritise workloads within a high-volume environment to meet deadlines
• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Assist in maintaining adherence to health and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within the automotive industry

Essential

Audatex experience

• ATA qualification or equivalent is highly advantageous
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure within a volume dealership environment
• Full driving licence
• Motivated, reliable, and capable of managing high workloads effectively
