Bluebeam Group Recruitment are recruiting 5 experienced Multi-Skilled Groundworkers for a major civil engineering and earthworks project across the South West.

Competitive – depending on experience

The Role

We are looking for experienced and reliable Groundworkers who are confident working across a range of civil engineering, earthworks and infrastructure activities.

Duties may include

General groundworks and civil engineering

Drainage and pipework installation

Ducting and service installation

Concrete works, bases and finishing

Kerbing, edging and reinstatement

Assisting with setting out and working from drawings

Supporting other site operatives and plant where required

Maintaining safe working areas and high standards of workmanship

Working to RAMS, site instructions and project programme

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidates will have

Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Groundworker

Strong civil engineering and earthworks experience

Previous experience on major infrastructure, civils or utilities projects

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good understanding of site health & safety

Reliable and professional attitude

Ability to start on the required date

Essential

✅ Valid CSCS card

✅ CPCS card where applicable

✅ Relevant civils/groundworks experience

✅ Right to work in the UK

✅ Full PPE

Additional plant and competency tickets such as CPCS/NPORS Dumper, Roller, Slinger/Signaller or other relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
