• Carryout routine Maintenance audits such as fridge overflow trays, water boiler filter replacements, extractor fan, commercial grill and microwave

• Ensure all supplies of required food goods are ordered in advance.

• Ensure all cleaning materials are stored and used in line with COSHH Regulation and manufacturers guidelines as to safe use and suitability.

• Ensure any special dietary requirements are catered for.

• Ensure monthly Deep cleaning rota is adhered to.

• Liaise with all Service Users on a weekly basis to determine menu choices and option
