Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Compliance Manager to support our integral team at Northwood HQ, HA6 3HP.

As Compliance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring we deliver our commitments—meeting contractual requirements, hitting KPIs, and maintaining the highest standards across the site.

This is a hands-on, visible role, working closely with on-site teams to embed best practice, drive improvement, and protect performance.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive contractual compliance and service standards
  • Carry out audits, checks, and KPI monitoring across the operation
  • Support client audits and reviews, ensuring we’re always inspection-ready
  • Hold managers accountable for audit schedules, accuracy, and documentation
  • Identify risks early and escalate where needed
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 5 years. Security checks are required for this role.
  • Excellent numeracy skills; strong written and verbal skills.
  • Previous management experience within food services, retail, or similar environments
  • Strong understanding of health & safety legislation
  • Confident analysing data and producing clear, impactful reports
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 and Health & Safety Level 2 (or working towards)
