What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated teacher to join our team as a Class Teacher and Inclusion Lead. Alongside overseeing SEND, they will support the Headteacher to manage whole-school inclusion. This is a class-based role with time out of class weekly, dedicated to leadership and school improvement responsibilities.

We welcome applications from experienced teachers, preferably with the National SENDco qualification, or those with proven strong leadership who can demonstrate whole school impact and be willing to complete SENDco qualification in the first two years of employment.
