We are seeking a Senior Insight and Reporting Analyst to join the UK&I Digital & Data Hub, leading the analysis and interpretation of complex operational and client KPI data to deliver actionable business insight.​

The role is focused on designing and developing data solutions that provide visibility across performance and client metrics, enabling data-driven decision making.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled analyst with a broad understanding of performance and client KPI data across multiple operating systems, with responsibility for driving better insight and outcomes through high-quality reporting and analysis.​

This role partners closely with operational teams, account teams, and central functions to ensure data is translated into clear, meaningful business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and interpret complex operational and client KPI data to deliver actionable insights

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel

Clean, validate, and manage data quality across multiple systems and data sources

Partner with operational teams, account teams, and central functions to understand reporting needs and support decision making

Monitor business performance metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas of concern

Provide root cause analysis with clear recommendations to support business performance improvement

Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives across reporting and insight solutions

Collaborate with Data Engineers and the wider data team to develop scalable data solutions

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with experience working across large and complex datasets

Proven experience building dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel

Experience in data cleaning, validation, and data quality management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including trend analysis and root cause investigation

Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into clear business recommendations

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across operational, client, and technical teams

Understanding of data governance, reporting best practices, and KPI performance monitoring

Exposure to tools such as MS Fabric, Databricks, Python, or data modelling principles would be beneficial
