How Will You Make a Difference
As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live fuller, more independent lives by
Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime
Planning and enjoying person‑centred activities — walks, shopping and trips out
Building trusted, respectful relationships that support confidence and wellbeing
Keeping clear and accurate records
Working closely with colleagues and professionals
This is a role where building strong relationships is just as important as providing practical support.
