Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's franchised dealership team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled Service Advisors looking to progress their career within a reputable automotive business.

Service Advisor Duties

• Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as the key point of contact between the customer and the dealership
• Promote and upsell additional products and services effectively, including add-ons initiatives
• Conduct general administrative duties related to service bookings and customer records
• Ensure customer satisfaction is prioritised throughout the service process
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Support the workshop team with relevant service administration

Requirements for the

Service Advisor are

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team and independently where required
• Knowledge of dealership management systems and service processes
