Located within the stunning grounds ofWellington College, this is an exciting opportunity to join Sodexoin a newly developed Hospitality Operations Coordinatorrole supporting Catering, Hospitality, Domestic Services and Wellington College Prep.

This is not your typical Hospitality Operations Coordinatorrole.We’re looking for someone highly organised, digitally confident and operationally minded who can bring ideas to life, coordinate multiple projects, and help modernise and develop services across site.

From launching new retail concepts and mobile hospitality offers, to supporting online ordering systems, digital marketing campaigns, hospitality initiatives and operational improvements — no two days will look the same.

You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef, Contract Director, General Manager, Kitchen Administrator andCollegeteams to support both short and long-term projects that improve customer experience, increase engagement and help shape the future of hospitality and support services at Wellington College.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project Coordination & Operational Support

• Coordinate and support operational projects across Catering, Hospitality, Domestic Services and Wellington College Prep
• Assist with planning and delivering both short and long-term projects from concept through to completion
• Create project plans, timelines, trackers and action logs to ensure projects remain on track
• Support the development of new operational initiatives including retail concepts, hospitality services and delivery hubs
• Work alongside operational teams to support kitchen, hospitality and event setups
• Liaise with stakeholders across the College and Sodexo to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and collaboratively
• Support meetings by preparing documentation, tracking actions and following up on outstanding tasks
• Assist with planning and resourcing operational requirements for projects and events

Digital & Marketing Support

• Support and manage digital content across agreed platforms and communication channels
• Assist with the development of social media and marketing activity across Wellington College sites
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, hospitality advertising and event communications
• Help maintain and improve online ordering platforms and digital customer journeys
• Create and schedule content for promotions, events and operational initiatives
• Support both traditional and modern marketing activity across the business
• Collaborate with College teams to improve digital engagement and brand presence
• Assist with digital screens, hospitality communications and customer engagement initiatives

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong working relationships across departments and operational teams
• Work independently while also collaborating closely with wider teams and stakeholders
• Act as a key support contact for operational and project coordination
• Support innovation and continuous improvement across services
• Assist with award submissions, engagement planning and internal initiatives

We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive and digitally confident who enjoys managing multiple priorities and supporting operational improvement projects.

Essential

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confident using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable using digital tools, social media platforms and online systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience coordinating projects, operational activity or business initiatives
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to work
• Confident communicating with different stakeholders and departments
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Desirable

• Experience within hospitality, catering, education or events environments
• Experience supporting digital marketing or social media activity
• Knowledge of hospitality or catering operations
• Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of customer engagement and promotional activity
• Experience working on operational or service improvement projects
