Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced 360 Machine Driver to join our team for a 6-week project in Dartford. This role involves operating heavy machinery to assist with vegetation removal and building demolition. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CPCS or NPORS certification and have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 360-degree excavator to perform vegetation clearance and demolition tasks.
• Ensure the safe and efficient handling of machinery at all times.
• Collaborate with the site team to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the machine to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and site-specific guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience operating a 360-degree excavator in a construction or demolition environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Day-to-Day

• Begin the day with a safety briefing and review of the day's tasks.
• Operate the 360 machine to clear vegetation from the site during the initial phase of the project.
• Transition to demolition work, including knocking down buildings, as the project progresses.
• Perform daily checks on the machinery to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with the site manager and team members to ensure smooth operations.
