Your Opportunity This rewarding position sits at the heart of our school community, acting as a vital bridge between home and school to improve attendance, behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement in learning. Working collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies, you will deliver targeted, early intervention support that removes barriers to education, strengthens relationships, and raises aspirations - ensuring every student is supported to thrive both academically and personally.

About de Stafford School de Stafford is an 11-16 comprehensive school

located in Caterham, Surrey which joined GLF Schools MAT in December 2016. The

school has a PAN of 180 students per year group. The school serves

predominantly the local Caterham community with the majority of students

residing within the CR3 catchment area.

GLF Specialist Point 1 (£27,061) to Point 16 (£35,984) - dependent on experience

Actual Salary

£22,633.74 to £30,096.91 (dependent on experience)

Hours

35hrs per week - 08:30-16:00 Mon to Fri (term time only)
