About this role
Emergency Medicine Registrar (Australia Relocation)
We are recruiting Emergency Medicine Registrars for roles across Australia, supporting UK and Irish-trained doctors relocating overseas.
These positions offer a structured working pattern with reduced monthly shift volume compared to typical UK rotas, alongside full relocation and visa support.
Salary
From A$1,700 per shift
Estimated A$200,000 per year based on 10 shifts per month
Working Pattern
Approximately 10 shifts per month (primarily after-hours)
Full-time, 12-month contracts
Additional shifts available if required
Locations
Positions available across
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and Noosa
(All roles are based in Australia. Relocation required.)
Job Description
You will work within Emergency Departments assessing, diagnosing and managing patients presenting with acute conditions.
You will be employed by an Australian healthcare provider (details provided during application process).

Departments provide structured clinical support, established processes and experience supporting international doctors.

Essential Requirements
Full GMC registration with licence to practice
Minimum F4 level (or equivalent experience)
Recent Emergency Medicine experience
Ability to work independently with senior support available
For non-UK graduates
PLAB completed
Minimum 3 years UK experience at Registrar level
Additional Information
These roles operate on a reduced shift model compared to standard UK rotas, offering increased time outside of work between shifts.
