Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through targeted outreach, primarily via Door to Door. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the growth of our business. Fluency in English is essential, with Spanish language skills considered a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and build new business opportunities

Go to prospective businesses to make them aware of services available

Qualify potential clients by assessing their needs and matching them with our services

Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software, ensuring data integrity and follow-up actions are tracked effectively

Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and optimise lead generation efforts

Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly to maximise conversion rates

Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead opportunities

Maintain professional communication at all times, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish where applicable

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles is preferred

Excellent communication skills in English;

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment

Positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
