As a Technical Manager, your role and responsibilities will include…

• Lead, coach and develop helpdesk, field and project IT engineers

•

Conduct 1

1 meetings and performance reviews

• Manage scheduling, holiday planning and out of hours rotas

• Act as a point of escalation for issues

• Improve accountability and communication across the team

• Deliver & oversee IT and telephony projects

We’re looking for a Technical Manager with the following skills and experience…

• Experience leading and managing a technical team of engineers

• Experience with a Microsoft environment – Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and M365 portal administration & a familiarity with Copilot

• Strong DNS understanding

• Exposure to CIPP or similar MSP automation frameworks

• Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership

• Commercially aware and understands service delivery expectations

• Technically capable and able to contribute to system and process decisions

In return the successful Technical Manager will receive a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 plus the following benefits…
