What youll do
Deliver high quality, complex MRI imaging, taking responsibility for patient assessment, protocol selection and image optimisation. Provide day to day clinical leadership within MRI, supervising radiographers, assistants and students, and supporting a positive learning environment. Take an active role in running the MRI modality, contributing to service flow, problem solving and decision making in the absence of the modality lead. Ensure full compliance with radiation legislation, local rules, infection prevention, governance and HCA UK policies. Participate in audits, research activity and service improvement initiatives to continuously enhance quality and safety.
